Administrative Officer at Taraba State Agency for Community and Social Development Project (TACSDP)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the existing vacant position in the Taraba State Agency for Community and Social Development Project (TACSDP) – World Bank Assisted.

Position: Administrative Officer

Minimum qualifications and experience

  • First degree or equivalent in Social Sciences and Humanities with at least five (5) years relevant post-qualification experience. Knowledge of MS computer packages is essential. Experience in personnel, office management is necessary.

The Administrative Officer shall be responsible for;

  • Management of personnel matters
  • Supervising clerical staff
  • Maintaining and operating an open and secret registry.
  • Ensuring appropriate record keeping, filling and documentation of all Agency mails and correspondence.
  • Managing all office utility services
  • Maintaining office assets, including vehicles, plants office premises, etc
  • Secretary to Project Management Committee (PMC)

Remuneration

All the advertised posts attract remunerations commensurate with the mode of entry and in accordance with agreed terms with the World Bank.
