Administrative/Human Capital Development Manager at Bridge House College, Ikoyi, Lagos

Bridge House College, Nigeria’s pre-eminent Sixth form College which prepares Post-Secondary School students for University Education through its full time Cambridge A-Levels and University Foundation Program is currently undergoing expansion and seeks outstanding individuals who can make passionate and impactful contributions to its sustained growth and development. We seek suitably qualified candidates for the vacant position below:

Position: Administrative/Human Capital Development Manager

The Administrative Manager will be responsible for Quality Management, Process Improvement, Facilities Management, Staff Recruitment and Training.

Skill/Competency Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline.
  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a top administrative role (preferably in an educational setting.)
  • He/She must provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment.
  • He/She must also possess excellent Interpersonal and Communications Skills.
