Position: Reservoir Geologist – South: RC0009 Job Summary & Purpose:
To be part of the geological interpretation team and closely liaise with the other disciplines to integrate and interpret multiple datasets from geophysical, petrophysical and geo-mechanical outputs.
Participate in geological activities in assigned fields
Monitor the interpretation of all available geological data in order to improve the geological models of potential reservoirs
Provide effective well planning support and Perform well surveillance/monitoring for optimal production
Monitor production from wells for optimal recovery
Minimum of a first degree in Geology or related discipline
Other relevant certifications
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in upstream oil & gas, preferably within a subsurface discipline, involved in development and production of Operated assets.
