Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Registrar at the College of Education Kangere, Bauchi State.
The College is in its second year of existence, and is about to be due for Accreditation by the National Commission for Colleges of Education. It therefore, needs a qualified, experienced and capable Registrar to organise it’s affairs at this critical moment.
Functions of the Registrar
The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer of the College, and is the Secretary of Council and Academic Board. He/She is appointed by Council for a period of five (5) years, renewable once, but must leave office whenever he/she becomes due for retirement from service in accordance with the provisions of the College Scheme of Service. The Registrar is responsible to the Provost.
The Registrar is on CONDTEDISS 15 (Consolidated) and has other entitlements as provided for in the NCCE Conditions of Service for Colleges of Education in Nigeria.
