Position: Head, Human Resources (HR)
Applicant must have knowledge and experience in employment laws, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development/capacity building.
Demonstrate ability to lead and develop HR department staff members
Minimum of 2nd Class Lower in Social Sciences/Humanities Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ post graduate experience in Human Resources Management/Corporate Services Membership of CIPM/NIM is an added advantage
Age: Applicant must not be more than 35 years of age
Applicant must have sound knowledge in Formulation of Policies, Execution, Development of Action Plan, Analytical, Critical and creative thinking skills and change management skills. Others are knowledgeable in computer usage, Good oral/written Skill, Interpersonal relationship and good negotiation
Position: Legal Officer (LO)
Applicant must have a Bachelor Degree in Law, from a recognised institution in Nigeria with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division, Certificate of Call to Bar from Nigeria Law School and any other professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years post call work experience as a Legal Officer
Applicant must have sound knowledge in Drafting Legal documents, Conduct Search, Formulation of Policies, creative thinking skills and change management skills.
