Due to expansion, the Company seeks young dynamic and result oriented experienced sales persons (male & female) to focus on recruiting new dealers and to drive channel development in order to significantly increase market share. The position attract competitive remuneration.
Position: Business Executives-Channel Development Ref: BE-CD
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing or Business related discipline is preferred.
Relevant post graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ cognate experience in in sales, marketing and channel management in FMCG environment.
Must be aggressive, forceful and persuasive with a strong result driven work ethics.
Develop and implement strong channel strategies which will provide products at arms’ length and facilitate growth of the business.
Enlisting new Sale Partners in assigned territory.
Channel partner mapping and retail expansion.
Cultivate excellent channel partner relationships from Dealer through to consumer.
Provide all necessary field intelligence to support sales especially in the area of competitors’ initiatives, pricing etc.
All States and the Federal Capital Territory.
