Primarily responsible to welcome all guests-to the hotel and relieve guest of their luggage on arrival with high level of hospitality.

Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for management of the restaurant activities, including revenue and profitability monitoring. Staff will ensure high throughput, quality control and services of high standard.

Qualifications:

OND degree in Business Administration/Hotel and Catering Management/Hospitality Management. Culinary schooling is a plus

Position: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

Will be responsible for all food production including that used for restaurants, banquet functions and other outlets. Develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. Supervise staff. Develop and monitor food and labour budget for the department. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation/hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

HND/BSc degree in Business Administration/Hotel and Catering Management/ Hospitality Management. Culinary schooling is a plus
