Candidates applying for the position of Senior Lecturer (English Education) must possess a minimum of Second Class Lower Division First degree in Education English, with either a Master or Doctorate degree in the same field. In addition, applicants should possess a Master or Doctorate degree in Curriculum Studies from a recognized university in Nigeria. Applicants should have a minimum of twelve (12) publications in reputable journals including a minimum of 20% off-shore publications. Applicants should have a minimum of five (5) years teaching experience in a recognized College of Education or University and should have attended a minimum of five (5) conferences. Applicants are expected to be computer literate.

Candidates applying for the position of Lecturer I (English Education) must possess a minimum of Second Class Lower Division First degree in Education English, and Master and Doctorate degree in the same field with evidence of courses taken in Curriculum Studies from a recognized university in Nigeria. Applicants should have a minimum of eight (8) publications in reputable journals including a minimum of two (2) off-shore publications. Applicants should have a minimum of three (3) years teaching experience in a recognized College of Education or University and should have attended a minimum of two (2) conferences. Applicants are expected to be computer literate.

Candidates applying for the position of Lecturer I (Social Studies) must possess a minimum of Second Class Lower Division First degree in Education Social Studies, and Master and Doctorate degree in the same field from a recognized university in Nigeria. Applicants should have a minimum of eight (8) publications in reputable journals including a minimum of two (2) off-shore publications. Candidates applying for the position of Lecturer II (Social Studies) must possess a minimum of Second Class Lower Division First degree in Education Social Studies, and Master and Doctorate degree in the same field with evidence of courses taken in Curriculum Studies from a recognized university in Nigeria. Applicants should have a minimum of five (5) publications in reputable journals. Applicants should have a minimum of two (2) years teaching experience in a recognized College of Education or University and should have attended a minimum of two (2) conferences. Candidates applying for the position of Assistant Lecturer (Economics Education) must possess a minimum of Second Class Lower Division First degree in Education Economics and a master by thesis (not Long Essay) degree in the same field. Applicants must be eligible and willing to register for M.Phil or Ph.D degree in the same field or in Curriculum Studies in a reputable Nigerian University. Applicants are expected to be computer literate.

Candidates applying for the position of Graduate Assistant (Political Science Education) a minimum of Second Class Upper Division degree in Education Political Science from a recognized university. Applicants must be willing to register for postgraduate studies in a reputable Nigerian University. Proficiency in English language and computer will be an advantage.

Candidate applying for the position of Lecturer II must possess first degree in science-related areas from recognized higher institutions. Masters and Ph.D. degrees must be in Early Childhood Development. Evidence of scholarly publications in reputable journals will be an advantage.

Candidate applying for the position of Assistant Lecturer (Social Studies Education) must possess First Degree in Social Studies Education. Master degree must be in Social Studies Education or other related areas with emphasis on thesis. A candidate who is currently undergoing a Ph.D. programme will be an added advantage.

Candidate applying for the position of Assistant Lecturer (Mathematics/ Integrated Science Education) must possess First Degree in Mathematics/ Integrated Science Education and Master’s Degree, which must be in either Mathematics Education or Integrated Science Education or other related areas with emphasis on thesis. A candidate who is currently undergoing a Ph.D. programme will be an added advantage.

Candidate applying for the position of Graduate Assistant must possess First Degree in Language Arts with minimum of second class upper division from a recognized university.

Political Science

Candidates applying for the position of Lecturer II must possess a minimum of Second Class Lower Division First Degree in any field of study in Education, and Master and Doctorate degrees in the Educational Management/Educational Administration from any recognized university in Nigeria. Applicants should have a minimum of five (5) publications in reputable journals. Applicants are expected to have attended a minimum of two (2) academic conferences. Applicants are expected to be computer literate.

Candidates applying for the position of Graduate Assistant must possess a minimum of Second Class Upper Division Degree in Education from a recognized university and must be willing to register for postgraduate studies in a reputable Nigerian University. Proficiency in English Language and computer literacy will be an added advantage.
