VACANCIES FOR THE POSITIONS OF GENERAL MANAGER, MARKETING MANAGER, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST AND HUMAN RESOURCE/PERSONNEL STAFF AT A FOREMOST INDIGENOUS OIL AND GAS COMPANY.

Our client, a foremost indigenous Company Operating in the Oil and Gas sector of the Nigerian Economy, due to business expansion and growth, seek to employ visionary and goal oriented individuals with entrepreneur ability. With good experience in the following industries, Oil & Gas, Oxygen related Gas Industry and Plastic Industry. For employment into the following positions.

GENERAL MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

(i)      Minimum of 1st degree from reputable Institution,

(ii)     At least 10 years relevant experience at a senior management position.

(iii)    Excellent negotiation skills.

(iv)    An additional degree in Business administration will be an added advantage.

(v)     A good knowledge of management accounting and industrial relations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

(a)     Ability to analyze situations and determine the best course of action.

(b)     Ability to discipline and coaching his subordinate.

(c)     Must be a good leader and capacity to direct the employees.

(d)     Ensures administrative efficiency proper procedure and implementation of policies.

MARKETING MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

(i)     Minimum BSC/HND in Marketing or any other discipline.

(ii)    MBA/MSC in Marketing, Economics or Statistics will be an added

advantage.

EXPERIENCE;

(i)     Minimum of 5 years’ verifiable experience in a similar position in a Foot & Beverage Industry.

(ii)   Must have high net worth dealers in different parts of the federation.

(iii)  Must be ready to work in a highly challenging environment.

(iv)    Must be highly organized, creative, innovative and have keen eyes for details,

(v)     Ability to work without supervision is key.

(vi)    Practical and verifiable experience in a food & beverage company will be important and an added advantage.

(vii)   Must have very good knowledge of Ms Office Application.

(viii)  Ability to work without supervision will be key.

(ix)    Must have very good knowledge of Ms Office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

(a)     Instilling a marketing led ethos throughout the business

(b)     Researching and reporting on external opportunities

(c)     Understanding current and potential customers

(d)     Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management)

(e)     Developing the marketing strategy and plan

(f)     Management of the marketing mix

(g)    Measuring success

(h)    Managing Budgets

(i)     Ensuring timely delivery

(j)     Developing guidelines

(k)    Making customer focused decision.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITY

(a)     Design and develop the information management system of the organization.

(b)     Design and develop the organization network and it’s management.

(c)     Software development and data base administration.

(d)     Provide technical support to the organization and train employees and train non-technical workers on the business information systems

(e)     Assess the effectiveness of the technology resources already in use or new systems that are being implemented

(f)     Determine the practicality of the changes and modification of systems.

REQUIREMENT

Minimum of BSc or HND in the following;

(i)     Computer Science

(ii)    Information Management Science

(iii)    Mathematics

(iv)     Statistics

(v)     Operational Research etc.

(vi)    Certification of any of the following will be an added advantage:

(a)     Cisco

(b)     Oracle

(c)     Microsoft etc.

(vii)   Experience in Communication Systems, Network Management, Internet and Internet development data encryption and security will be an added advantage.

(viii)  Should be between 25-35 years.

HUMAN RESOURCE/PERSONNEL STAFF

(1)     Develop suitable programs to ensure full employee engagement

(2)     Ability to articulate human resource requirements and put in place suitable human capital development plans.

(3)     Propose and implement appropriate performance management system.

(4)     Develop and implement suitable programs that links performance with rewards and recognition.

REQUIREMENTS

(1)     A good first degree in any discipline, professional qualification will be an added advantage.

(2)     Minimum of 10years post NYSC experience in HR management.

(3)     Theoretical platform for human resources Administration.

(4)     Previous experience in platform for managing performance management benefit administration etc,

(5)     Entrepreneurial orientation is a retirement

(6)     Good communication and interpersonal skills,

(7)     Certification win be as an added advantage,

(&) The person must be between 30 – 40 years.
