RTI International is currently seeking technical, financial and operations specialists for anticipated USAID-funded water and sanitation activity in Nigeria which will aim to strengthen urban water service delivery.

Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP):
Will complement the strength and responsibilities of the COP. Responsible for supporting/managing all technical, operational and management aspects of the project. Oversee project operations, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, communications, and information technology support. Provide oversight to budgets, grants, operational plans, reporting, and procedural and financial compliance.
(a) Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, Finance or related field and with at least 10 years managing aspects of governance public financial management, accountability and/or water service delivery programs.
(b) S/he must have significant contract and grants management experience, and the ability to participate mail representation and technical meetings with senior-level stakeholders.
