Seeking candidates for anticipated urban water service delivery strengthening program.

RTI International is currently seeking technical, financial and operations specialists for anticipated USAID-funded water and sanitation activity in Nigeria which will aim to strengthen urban water service delivery.

Grants Manager:

Will be responsible for proficiently managing and administering a suitable and complex array of grants, many with local organizations unaccustomed to the complexities of administering USG finds.


University degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in International business and grants management, with experience in USAID grants management preferred. (grants under contract).

Human Resources (HR) Officer.

Will be responsible for proficiently managing and administration services in all of the major HR functional areas (employment, salary administration, employee relations benefits and job descriptions).


(a)     University degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR administration, recruitment and hiring.

(b)     Possess strong working knowledge of and experience in local labour and employment laws and legal resources in Nigeria.

(c)     Experience with USAID projects preferred.
