Our client, a reputable organization in the financial services sector is seeking to engage the services of high performing executives to manage and grow its newly established finance company
HEAD, FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS
The successful candidate shall be responsible specifically for the following: –
(a) Develop and implement departmental business plan consistent with company strategic priorities.
(b) Provide regular financial reports and analysis for executive decision making.
(c) Lead general internal services and staff functions.
(d) Establish and oversee management information systems and compliance structure.
(e) Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliances in all matters
(f) Any other responsibilities assigned by the GM/CEO
The successful candidate shall be responsible specifically for the following:-
(a) Develop and implement operational and transactional workflow processes for excellent client service delivery
(b) Establish and oversee internal processes to completely capture and report transactional information for accounting, client management and archiving purposes
(c) Lead implementation and management of automated transaction processing platform to guarantee seamless operational efficiency
(d) Ensure total compliance with approved company internal operational processes
(e) Any other responsibilities assigned by departmental heads
Departmental Heads – Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in a financial institution.
Operations Executive- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a financial institution.
