MANAGING DIRECTOR, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER NEEDED IN A MORTGAGE BANK.

A reputable Mortgage Bank with Head following positions:

MANAGING DIRECTOR: Educational Qualification: First degree in Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or related disciplines. Post Graduate degree and professional qualifications shall be an added advantage.

Experience: At least 20 years’ experience in the banking industry, 10 of which must have been in management position(s). Experience in mortgage banking shall be an added advantage.

Qualities: Management experience in related field, strong communication skills, people management skills, result oriented, assertiveness, team player, good and transformational leadership quality, ability to delegate task.

Age: Not more than 50 years.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Educational Qualification: First degree in Economics, Accounting and Finance, or related disciplines. Post Graduate degree and professional qualifications shall be an added advantage.

Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in the banking industry, 8 of which must have been in management position(s). Experience in the mortgage banking shall be an added advantage.

Qualities: Experience in management; ability to plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the Bank, its employees, sustain customers reputation, protect assets and interest of shareholders; ability to advise the Board on potential risks to the profitability or existence of the Bank; ability to identify, assess and

Office in Abuja has vacancies for the tackle threats and challenges; ability to demonstrate good knowledge of specialized areas such as business continuity, corporate governance, enterprise risks, and other related risks; ability to provide support, education and relevant training to staff within the Bank, and other related qualities. Age: Not more than 50 years.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER: (Assistant Manager or Supervisor) Educational Qualification: First degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field. MBA and other professional qualifications in related field(s) shall be an added advantage.

Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in the banking sector or reputable organisation.

Qualities: Ability to guide and manage the overall provision of human resources services, policies, and programmes for the Bank; ability to develop a superior work force and carry out recruiting and staffing in compliance with regulatory and best practices; ability develop training programme for employees and carry out organisational departmental planning; ability to carry out performance management and improvement systems; ensure organisational development and carry out human compensation and benefits administration, and other related qualities.

Age: Not more than 40 years.
