VACANCIES FOR THE POSITION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND ADMIN OFFICER IN A SUPPLY CHAIN SERVICES COMPANY.

Our company is a fast growing reputable Supply Chain Services company that delivers value-added logistics and distribution services across Nigeria. As a result of expansion in its scope of business, there is need to following the positions below:

JOB TITLE: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

REPORTING TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR

(a)     Supporting Management in setting the Company’s strategic plan for growth and preparation of the Company’s annual and long term financial strategies.

(b)     Managing the company’s financial resources and relationships with Financial Institutions and sourcing of funds for operations at op­timum prices and lowest risk.

(c)     Preparation of the Company’s Financial Statements and Manage­ment reports for Monthly, quarterly and Annual review of performance.

(d)     Ensuring adequate Systems and Internal control as well as liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

(e)     Management and optimization of the company’s Working capital.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

(a)     Bachelor of Science Degree – 1st Class or 2nd Class Upper

(b)     Qualified Accountant – ACA

(c)     Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in similar position in the manufacturing sector.

(d)     Proficiency in the use of Enterprise wide Accounting and Management reporting Application such as SAP or SAGE, Ms Office packages and Power Point Presentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

(a)     Good oral and written communication skills

(b)     Good interpersonal skills, people management and negotiating skills

(c)     High awareness of quality issues and attention to details

(d)     Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment and tact

High level of sincerity and honesty with pragmatic and proactive approach to business.

AGE: Must not be older than 45 years of age.

JOB TITLE:   ADMIN OFFICER

REPORTING TO:  HR/ADMIN MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

Provision of general Administrative Services (Security, Safety, Environment and Office Administration) as well as liaison with relevant Government agencies.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

(a)     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Social Sciences

(b)     Minimum of Second class upper

(c)     Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

(a)     Good writing and oral communication skills

(b)     Good co-ordination and organisational skills

(c)     Honesty and Reliability.

(d)     Candidate must be a good team player, innovative and proactive.

(e)     Must be conversant with Microsoft Office packages.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

(a)     Maintaining Company’s Archives and ensuring easy retrieval of documents from the archives.

(b)     Collection and distribution of incoming mails and timely dispatch of all outgoing mails.

(c)     Managing relationship with security and law enforcement agencies on security matters in ail company locations and official residences.

(d)     Ensuring security checks are done on new members staff as requested by HR.

(e)     Handling all matters relating to safety (e.g. periodic training on Emergency Management, including Fire Drills and Drivers’ training).

(f)     Supervision of office complex and environ cleaning.

(g)     Liaison with relevant department on equipment breakdown e.g. Office Equipment.

(h)     Ensuring timely payment of all statutory bills and levies to Government agencies and representing the company on Local Government matters.

(i)     Timely purchase and distribution of office consumables to requesting departments and monthly stock taking of same.

(j)     Follow up with Company’s Tailor for prompt production of uniforms.

Procurement and distribution of year end packs for staff.
