A leading firm of architects dedicated to providing top quality work in Architecture, is seeking to recruit suitable candidates to fill the following positions:
This position is responsible for General office administration and financial planning including maintaining the firm’s disbursements cycle and financial transactions ensuring prompt filing of Tax returns.
The candidate should have a minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Economics or Estate Management with at least five year post-graduation working experience; should be organized, professional, and familiar with General Ledger and accounting concepts including ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
This position will perform administrative and office support activities including typing and management of documents, scheduling and coordination of meetings, interviews and similar events.
The ideal candidate should have:
(a) In-depth knowledge of typing and composing correspondences, reports and other documents.
(b) Ability to work independently with little distraction, be proactive and motivated.
(c) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Architects, Engineers, Builders/Building Economics with a minimum of 6 year proven experience in site administration and management from take-off to finishes/completion of modern office complex, residences and Shopping Malls capable of leading a subsidiary Construction outfits.
