Our client, an indigenous group of businesses, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates for immediate employment in the following positions:

Position: Resort Manager

Job Laval: Management (Staff Supervisor /Head of Department)

Location: Oria-Abraka, Delta State

Job Type: Full-Time

Minimum Qualification: BSc Preferred Years of Experience: 3-6years

DESCRIPTION

A first-class Resort adequately equipped with state -of the art facilities that include- Abraka Turf and Country Club, located in Oria-Abraha, Delta State requires the service of a highly experienced person to manage the overall affairs of the Resort

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing the day-to-day running of the Resort

Maintaining Resort lodgings, supplies, hospitality services, kitchen services and supplies, bar and event offerings

Oversees all Resort staff members and promote a disciplined and highly professional environment as well as maintaining high occupational standards.

Oversee departmental audits for adherence to core standards to enable the firm to immediately address any lapses and forestall any future recurrence

Prepare budgets and forecasts, operating within set parameters with emphasis on cost

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or Humanities.

3 years and above hands-on experience in the hospitality industry will be a major advantage.

Certification in hospitality courses/training will be an added advantage.

Position: Factory Manager

Job Level: Management (Staff Supervisor/Head of Department)

Location: Oria-Abraka, Delta State

Job Type: Full-Time

Minimum Qualification: B.Sc

Preferred Years of Experience: 3-5 Years

DESCRIPTION

A world-class Nigerian company, a major manufacturer of beverages and bottling services, located in Delta State. Nigeria requires the services of a competent, mature result-oriented and suitably qualified candidate for its bottling facility, situated in Oria-Abraka, Delta State.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and supervise the Beverages company

Coordinate and manage all activities of subordinates, contractors and suppliers and write reports in a timely manner.

Overall responsibility for the upkeep of the bottling facility to a high standard and ensuring that appropriate standard operating procedures are developed and maintained for all aspects of the business.

Monitor the working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe healthy working environment.

Inventory management reporting

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or Humanities.

Position: General Manager Estate Manager

Job Laval: Management

Location: Oria-Abraka, Delta State

DESCRIPTION

A world-class Nigerian company, a major player in hospitality and leisure business, beverages and bottling services, located in Delta State, Nigeria requires the services of a competent mature, result-oriented and suitably qualified General Manager for its luxurious, eco-friendly private country club and bottling facilities, which are both situated in Oria-Abraka, Delta State.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Manage and supervise both the beverages company and the resort.
  • Coordinate and manage all activities of subordinates, contractors and suppliers and write reports in a timely manner.

Specific Qualifications And Requirements

In addition, a married couple may apply with the spouse having some experience also in any of the above-mentioned fields, and may be considered for a position at the resort or bottling facility.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Computer literacy is mandatory
  • Adaptability, efficient under pressure, always able to meet deadlines

REMUNERATION

Negotiable, in line with best industry standard
