We are looking for committed staff who will complement our qualified workforce of seasoned educators. The candidates will be responsible for organising and executing an educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements.

For each of these positions, the following requirements must be met:

Spoken and written English must be of a high standard (For all positions)

Experience as a teacher in a British National Curriculum School (For teaching positions)

Willingness to participate in Co-Curricular activities. (For teaching positions)

Excellent IT skills (For all positions)

Qualifications & Specifications

  • Highly effective communication skills are required to establish positive working relationships with students, staff and parents.
  • Sound Organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Energetic, reliable and self-motivated.
  • A strong commitment to the health and well-being of young people.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with young people.
  • Ability to earn the respect and deep trust of young people.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • An ability to cope with multiple demands, with limited immediate direction
  • Applicant must be skillful at lesson planning, presentation and assessment
  • Minimum qualification for teaching positions
  • B.Ed and PGDE in relevant discipline and as applicable.
  • Ability to teach Physics, Biology and other science subjects (For science teacher).

Minimum Experience

  • A minimum of five years post qualification experience in a British National Curriculum school is required.
  • Applicant must possess the ability to engage and motivate students at all levels.
  • Classroom management must be strong, accompanied with a sound knowledge of the British National Curriculum
  • Applicant must be skillful at lesson planning, presentation and assessment
  • A good work ethic is essential.


Qualifications and Specifications

  • Experience of middle leadership in a British Curriculum school;
  • Ability to actively manage relationships with advertisers, exhibitors and suppliers;
  • Ability to develop and run with the school’s marketing and branding strategies;
  • A proven track record of social media management;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels;
  • A successful track record of making a positive difference in a related marketing role;
  • Applicant must possess high levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm to cope with conflicting demands, must be of positive disposition and must seek to engender a fulfilling working environment for others;
  • Will have particular responsibility for the School’s online communications including the school website, its use of social media, creating digital and printed marketing material, and planning and fostering public relations;
  • Coordinate the school year book, newsletter and prospectus materials;
  • Produce marketing and communications material to support and promote events and schools liaison activity including termly promotional newsletters, with suitable professional photograph;
  • Coordinate school’s Open Day programmes;
  • Work in collaboration with the admissions team to promote and market Grange School to the wider community.
  • Minimum qualification
  • Suitable qualifications at degree level or above in a relevant field (in marketing or in a degree that requires advanced communication)
  • Must possess very high skills in both written and spoken English
