Must have integrity and commitment to meeting conditions described in the Cadbury Nigeria Plc. Distributor Agreement.
Must have or be willing to invest in a sound organizational structure with adequate infrastructure to meet the growing requirements for distribution in a fast moving consumer goods environment.
Financial Net worth
A minimum working capital of N20m. This could be higher depending on the potential of territory or geographical reach.
Must be able to provide evidence of financial net worth as well as a bank guarantee supporting the ability to trade with Cadbury Nigeria Plc.
Ability to provide personnel and required infrastructure to ensure effective coverage of assigned territory, e.g.
Back Office Staff (Computer Analyst, Cashier, Warehouse Officer etc,) Computer Systems and a Generator (Specifications to be provided)
