Vacant Positions to be occupied by Some Qualified Professional by leading Pension Funds Administrators

One of the leading Pension Funds Administrators (PFAs) is seeking Individuals to fill the following vacant Management positions within the organisation:

POSITION:   HEAD, INVESTMENT DEPARTMENT

Minimum of 10years’ cognate experience in pension industry and/or Asset Management Company with at least 4years in top/senior Management positions. Candidate must have led Investment team/department in a high performing establishment and must be currently in active employment. He must not be more than 40years.

QUALIFICATIONS

First degree in Finance/Banking or Accounts or related discipline,

Member of a professional body or possession of MBA.

Possession of Chartered Financial Analyst certification.

Key Responsibilities

Grow Return on Investment (ROI) to among top 3 in the Industry within 2years.

Develop capacities of subordinates.

POSITION: HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & RELATIONSHIP MGT.

Minimum of 10years’ cognate experience in financial sector with at least 4years in top/senior Management positions preferably in the pension industry. Candidate must have led marketing team/department in a high performing PFA and must not be more than 40years.

QUALIFICATIONS

First degree in Management Sciences (including Marketing, Business Administration and Social Sciences or related field)

Member of a professional body or possession of MBA.

Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Grow Asset Under Management (AUM) substantially

Reduce non-contributing RSA by 50% yearly

Ensure 100% collection of contribution schedules.

Identify and/or develop Informal Sector potentials and opportunities for new RSA Generation.

Oversees the Regional/Branch Heads

POSITION:   HEAD, OPERATIONS

Minimum of 10years’cognate industry experience with at least 4years Managerial position in the industry. Successfully played Operation Manager or deputy role in a pension company and age should not be more than 40years.

QUALIFICATIONS

A University degree in Business Administration and Social Sciences or related field.

Member of a Professional body will be an added advantage

Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point etc.

Ability to use Sybase PFA Manager will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Oversees the day-to-day Management and Administration of Operations.

Authorization of processed approvals on Sybase.

Resolve and reconcile customer queries on pension contribution issues

Monitor Autolas to ensure that contributions for which CSVs have been transmitted are removed within 24hours

Monitor the flow of funds into retiree and benefit account to ensure that instructions to PFC are accurately effected.

(4)  HEAD, INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY

The ICT Head is responsible for the administration of the department. Ensures the smooth running of all the sewers, software and other ICT infrastructures.

Minimum of 10years experience with 4years Managerial position in the industry. Candidate should not be more than 40 years of Age.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Computer Science /IT related discipline

Professional certification will be an added advantage

Proficiency in managing systems, networks and technology infrastructure etc.

Computer Professional of Nigeria (CPN) membership is required.

Key Responsibilities

Build / Maintain Software

Database Administration/Software Maintenance

Technical Support

Cyberoam Security Administration.

(5)   HEAD, CUSTOMER CARE

Minimum of 10 years’ experience with 4years Managerial position in the industry, age should not be more than 40 years.

QUALIFICATIONS

A University Degree in any Social Sciences or Humanities

Membership of any recognized professional body will be an added advantage

Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Word

Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing and supervising Customer Care team including Call Centre.

Ensure that all feedback portals (e.g. website, e-mail addresses, chat-sites, telephone lines), are functioning.

Ensure 24 hours tum-around time on emails and client letters including holding mails for issues that require further escalation.

Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.

Ensure customer deliverables within turnaround time and ensure customer empathy, education and high standards of quality and service par excellence towards customers are in line with the company’s standards.

Coordinating and ensuring that quarterly statement is printed and distributed as at when due.

Conduct regular customer survey on service delivery.

POSITION:  DEPUTY/MANAGER INVESTMENT DEPARTMENT

Minimum of 8years’ cognate experience in pension industry and/or Asset Management Company with at least 2 years in Management positions. Candidate must have led Investment team/unit in a high performing establishment and must be currently in active employment. He must not be more than 36years.

QUALIFICATIONS

First degree in Finance/Banking or Accounts or related discipline,

Member of a professional body or possession of MBA will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to grow of Return on Investment (ROI) to among top 3 in the Industry within 2years.

Head one of the key units of the department

Assist in the day to day effective running of the department.

(7)   HEAD, NORTHERN BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Over 8years’ experience with a minimum of 3years’ cognate experience in Managerial position in the industry. Candidate must have successfully played a sales manager role in a pensions industry. Age must not be more than 36years. The regional office will be in Abuja.

QUALIFICATIONS

First degree in Business (including Marketing, Business Administration and Social Sciences or related field),

Member of a professional body will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point etc.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision of Branches in the Northern Region

HEAD. STRATEGY PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATION

Minimum of 7years’ cognate experience in similar position in financial services industry. Such candidate must have played a strategy planning & implementation role in the pension industry and not be more than 36years of age.

QUALIFICATIONS

A University degree in Management Sciences, Mathematics and Social Sciences

Possession of higher degree in Strategy Management will be an advantage

Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point etc.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure implementation of strategies/drivers of existing strategy plan of the Company.

Monitor monthly/quarterly performance of all departments

Initiate corrective actions when deviations are observed.

Identifying market share growth opportunities

Assess industry and competitive landscape

Research and Market Intelligent
