MANAGING DIRECTOR/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR- OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR- STRATEGY & INNOVATION IN A 4 STAR HOTEL

VACANCIES: MANAGING DIRECTOR/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR- OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR- STRATEGY & INNOVATION

Vacancies exist in a 4-star hotel aimed at delivering efficiency to stakeholders. Applicants are advised to follow the instructions below:

Application for any of the position advertised below should not be more than one page accompanied with the curriculum vitae of the applicant specifically stating the position of interest.

Applicants are not allowed to apply for two positions at the same time. Such application will be disqualified.

Application for management positions such as Managing Director, Executive Directors, General Managers and Departmental Heads will be based purely on the intellectual knowledge/capacity to interpret and read case study of similar situations This is the only way by which you can give credence to your degrees. In such situation, all candidates will be required to personally defend the case study responses that they submitted when they are invited for interview.

Time is of essence and it is expected that the process will be completed within maximum of two months from the date of publication of this advert.

POSITION: MANAGING DIRECTOR/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

QUALIFICATION:

Candidates applying for this position are required to hold a First Degree, a minimum of fifteen (15) years post qualification in addition to a Masters Degree or Professional Qualification. Submitted CVs must show the trajectory of applicant’s work experience and leadership capability. We require that such candidate must show concrete evidence that they have managed and delivered leadership initiatives and managed deliverable leadership initiatives in their respective organization Short listed candidates for this position are expected to response to a case study that will be sent to them in the format of critical analysis. The response must be a minimum of 5000 words detailing adequate references. Previous management of any hotel is of no advantage

POSITION: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Successful Candidate for this position will demonstrate value chain delivery within the organization and new knowledge of the dynamics of reducing administrative bottle necks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates applying for this position are required to hold a First Degree, a minimum of Ten (10) years post qualification in addition to a Masters Degree or Professional Qualification. Submitted CVs must show the trajectory of applicant’s work experience and leadership capability. We require that such candidate must show concrete evidence that they have managed and delivered leadership initiatives and managed deliverable leadership initiatives in their respective organization Short listed candidates for this position are expected to response to a case study that will be sent to them in the format of critical analysis. POSITION: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, STRATEGY & INNOVATION

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates for this position will be required to demonstrate knowledge of modern day innovation and competitive strategy. We require a minimum of 5 years- experience. In an exceptional situation, candidates who obtain First Class with 3 years post university experience can apply for this position once they demonstrate exceptional knowledge.

(2)     You do not need to know anybody within the organization to get employment. Those who will assess your case study are blind markers who are not from our organization. Those who will invite you for interview are third parties who do not work with us.

(3)     Your interview will be successful if you are the author of the work submitted to us upon which you are invited for interview. You will only come and defend the work submitted which you can improve upon in your slides presentation.
