VACANCIES: PRINCIPAL, DIRECTOR- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We are A LEADING CO-EDUCATIONAL INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL LOCATED IN LAGOS STATE, operating a blend of the British and Nigerian curricula. We seek to engage the services of innovative, experienced and qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
POSITION: PRINCIPAL (EXPATRIATE OR NIGERIAN)
SEX: MALE OR FEMALE
AGE: PREFERABLY BETWEEN 35 – 50 YEARS OLD I
The successful candidate will work with a set of dedicated staff, who are committed not only I to teaching and achieving a high level of academic performance of the students in national I and international examinations, but also in producing Godly, disciplined and self-reliant I I citizens equipped for future leadership in all spheres of life.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND QUALIFIES:
(a) Candidate must be a University graduate with first degree, preferably; B.Ed or its equivalent, from a reputable tertiary institution.
(b) Postgraduate or professional qualification in education or any other related certifications will be an advantage.
(c) Minimum of six (6) years cognate experience.
(d) Candidate must exhibit visionary leadership, be target driven and have a burning passion for education.
POSITION: DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND QUALITIES;
(a) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Brand Management.
(b) A Master’s degree is essential, preferable in a marketing related course
(c) Not less than ten (10) years of Industry related experience preferred.
(d) A high level of commitment, initiative and leadership.
(e) Must have strong communication and networking skills
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(a) Develop/implement Strategic Marketing & Sales plans, including detailed budgets and forecasts in effort to secure prospects/clients.
(b) Ensure the appropriate positioning of the School through the understanding of client requirements for current and future opportunities and the developing of strategies to convert prospects into won work.
(c) Initiate, develop and manage client relationships.
(d) Closing of new business deals through coordinating of requirements, developing and negotiation of contracts in conjunction with School Management.
(e) Develop competitor intelligence which will help mold our operational and sales strategies.
