As a result of strategic repositioning and its desire to continue to expand its business aggressively, we seek immediate employment of the following exceptional individuals to join its existing team:

LOCATION: ABUJA & BENIN CITY

POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING MANAGER: RC007

TASKS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Development Manager shall concentrate on developing new revenue streams and markets from the products and services through identification of project opportunities and analysis of the marketplace for pertinent strategic opportunities, while optimizing income from existing lines through innovative marketing and rapid exploitation of changing customer needs.

He or she must have considerable sales experience, be an organized and strong negotiator, and be aware of and responsive to economic trends, government policies and developments within the work environment.

Responsibilities include, contacting potential clients, and working with senior management to position the firm in new markets and business opportunities.

Successful candidate must have exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills. Individual must be between the ages of 30 – 50 years with a minimum of 10 years- experience, 5 of which should be in business development and /marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and allied discipline will be an advantage.

Individual must be self-motivated and self-starter requiring minimal supervision with demonstrable ability to work with and motivate other people. Managing risk and negotiating commercial terms will form integral part of job role.

POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER: RC008

JOB SUMMARY & PURPOSE:

This role provides support in implementing and managing human resource systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act to ensure the day-to-day administration of policies in the company Participate in the development of manpower plan by collating staff requests from departments and functions at the SBUs

Coordinate recruitment, training programs, disciplinary and grievance case hearings and other human resource department activities at the SBUs

Coordinate the administration of Performance Management system; ensuring compliance with guidelines.

QUALIFICATION:

First degree in Arts, Social Sciences or Business Administration

A professional certification in HR e.g. Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in HR management, 2 of which must be in a supervisory role

(3)     GREEN HOUSE FARM PROJECT: LOCATION: BENIN CITY

The latest Agricultural initiative of the Group – A Green House Farm located on 27ha land area containing 28 High-Tech Hydrophobic Green Houses. The first of its kind in Nigeria and West Africa, it has the capacity to produce 4200 tons of various vegetables for the local and international markets.
