As a result of strategic repositioning and its desire to continue to expand its business aggressively, we seek immediate employment of the following exceptional individuals to join its existing team:

LOCATION: ABUJA & BENIN CITY

POSITION: HEAD ADMIN, CORPORATE SERVICES AND LOGISTICS: RC003

JOB SUMMARY & PURPOSE:

This role ensures effective and efficient administrative and office service support to the Group and its subsidiaries

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare annual budget and plan for the Administrative function.

Develop Resources Management standards and operating policies.

Supervise the management of Company property (e.g. registration of new cars, Maintenance of cars, cleaning of the office premises, Company guest houses, management residences and other office equipment etc.) to ensure provision of uninterrupted services

Advise management on the purchase price of vehicles, office supplies, consumables in line with approved budget and liaise with the procurement department in the purchase of various assets by providing specifications.

QUALIFICATION:

Degree in Social Science or Business Administration Possession of higher degree is an advantage

Relevant qualification in Administration e.g. Certified Administrative Professional

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in office administration with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

POSITION: INVESTMENT ANALYST: RC004

JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

To ensure optimal utilization of and return on investment relating to the Group’s financial resources by maintaining complete and accurate treasury and cash records, ensuring availability and adequacy of funds, monitoring the organization’s cash position and managing relationships with banking and/or other financial institutions.

Develop an investment strategy in collaboration with the group corporate finance and treasury officer.

Develop and utilise financial models and activity-based financial analysis to provide a basis for investment decisions and business planning.

Provide financial advice on the short, medium and long-term cash/funding and risk situation to management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a first degree in a Business-related discipline. An MBA or Master’s Degree is desirable

Relevant professional qualification e.g. ICAN. ACCA, CFA, etc.

A minimum of 10 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong financial Analysis and financial modelling skills

Strong Business Development, management and presentation skills

Preferably from an Investment Banking Background with exposure to various financial markets and investing mechanism.
