POSITION TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Location:                    Abuja

Administrative Officer, will be responsible for managing and coordinating office operations, supplies and support services and ensuring the public and staff areas of the office premises are kept in good order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency and the optimal use of facilities at the Country Office.

Minimum Recruitment Standards:

  • University degree with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role with increasing level of responsibility
  • Familiarity with administrative and secretarial skills is required
  • Experience with large complex organization preferred

POSITION TITLE: COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Location:                    Abuja

Compliance Officer, under the direction of Associate Director Compliance, the position holder will carry out independent appraisals of the effectiveness of policies, procedures and standards by which FHI 360’s financial resources are managed.

Minimum Recruitment Standards:

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 5 – 7 years relevant experience.
  • Or MS/MA degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • 3 years’ experience in internal control functions.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Government grants or other client funded programs, contracting and auditing standards as they apply to effective management of multi-year funds is required.
  • CPA, ACA, CIMA, CFE or any other relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
