SILVERBIRD Cinemas is a game changer and the factor leader in the Nige­rian leisure and entertainment industry with 10 locations, in 4 States (Lagos, Port Harcourt Abuja, Uyo), 3 Countries (Nigeria, Liberia & Ghana), a total screen size of 65 & a seating capacity of 9,919, which makes Silverbird Cinemas one of the largest Cinema chain in West Africa.

We are seeking to recruit for the following positions:

POSITION: FLOOR SUPERVISORS:

Will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of the Cinema Business including development, improvement and maintenance of stan­dards and security of the company’s assets.

Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy devel­opment with good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software suite of products, databases and information systems, software (i.e. Vista).

Specification: Bachelor’s degree from any recognized and accredited university with requisite Professional Qualifications. 4- 6years’ experience in the role of a Business Manager, supervising and managing over Thirty (30) employees. Previous experience in a Cinema or other related industries would be an added advantage.

POSITION: FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

The Food and Beverage Manager should be able to ensure efficient restau­rant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Open Table and Peach Works and knowledge of Microsoft software suite of products

Specification: BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality man­agement or culinary schooling. 8-10 years’ experience of which 4- 8years’ should be in a managerial role, supervising and managing restaurant staff of over Ten (10) employees.
