VACANCIES: CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY II, INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGIST I AND II
THE JOINT UNIVERSITIES PRELIMINARY EXAMINATIONS BOARD (JUPEB) is an independent national examinations body that conducts qualitative examinations for Foundation programmes candidates seeking Direct Entry admissions into tertiary institutions.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants for the following vacant positions in JUPEB:
POSITION: CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY II
Candidate must possess ND in Secretariat Studies/Administration, Office Technology and Management or relevant discipline from a recognized institution with a minimum of Lower Credit, SSCE/GCE O/L with credits in 5 subjects including English Language and Mathematics. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is mandatory.
EXPERIENCE: Higher Confidential Secretary:
A minimum of two years’ experience post NYSC working experience in a comparable institution or organization.
EXPERIENCE: Confidential Secretary II: – A minimum of three year working experience post NO qualification in a comparable institution or organization.
POSITIONS: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIST I & II
Candidate must possess a minimum of first degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division plus NYSC discharged Certificate or evidence of exemption. SSCE/GCE O/L with credits in 5 subjects including English Language and Mathematics. Professional Qualification in programming /web development will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE: Information Technologist 1:
A minimum of 4 years’ experience post NYSC working experience in a comparable institution or organization. Candidate must be proficient in web development / programming
EXPERIENCE: Information Technologist II:
A minimum of two years post NYSC working experience in a comparable institution or organization. Candidate must be proficient in web development programming
