A NEWLY ESTABLISHED HOLDING COMPANY is looking to appoint the following officers Executive Director Agric Business; Management Services / HR Manager to oversee its growing businesses in Agriculture, Hospitality industry, Manufacturing and Processing outfits among other interests in Nasarawa State. communication and leadership skills and a proven track record at executive level in private sector management are absolutely essential.

Qualification required is at least Masters Degree in Agriculture Economics, Agriculture Production, or any agric related disciplines; with 5 -7 years minimum working experience at Executive level. This will include providing strategic direction and sustainable development to the board; designing; planning and implementing the company’s agricultural production and agric business activities; assessing profitability; setting budgets; farm management; human resource development & management; relationships building with all the agric businesses of the company, and all other service providers; handling all areas of good agricultural practices and compliance audit for all the companies agric related businesses.

REQUIREMENTS:

The company is looking to appoint an experienced and highly skilled Management Services / HR Manager to oversee all aspects of the Company’s human resource operations. This will include collaborating with the Executive Directors, other Departments and subsidiaries to develop strategic policies and procedures, training and development programmes, workforce planning and Recruitment processes, organisational risk assessment and management planning and other related activities.

The individual must have at least Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration; 3-5 years minimum work experience with a proven track record as HR and Business Management Manager in private sector or public institutions. He /She must be able to demonstrate strong management skills, first class communication and leadership skills.
