Our Client is a newly built 97-key Luxury Hotel in the city of Osogbo, Osun State. The hotel is scheduled to welcome its first guest in December, 2019.

We are looking for qualified indigenous professionals with the requisite skills to ensure commencement of operations with the highest possible international standards.

POSITION: EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER MIDDLE SENIOR

KEY JOB OBJECTIVES:

Directs and manages a1l operations and employees in Housekeeping and Laundry to obtain the highest quality of cleanliness, and to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble free and proactive service to customers; hence maximize guest satisfaction. All work will be line with the hotel’s operating guidelines, corporate guidelines and service concepts and the departmental SOP.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES’ SUMMARY

Obtain Highest Level of Cleanliness & Service in all areas of the hotel/ Laws, Regulations & Polices/ Reporting/ Employee Relations & Management Support/ Health & Safety

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • 90% Customer Satisfaction Feedback.
  • 90% Employee performance evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A university degree from any field.
  • A minimum of 8 years working experience and at least at years in a similar role.
  • Certifications in housekeeping practices and customer services would be an advantage.

POSITION: ROOM SUPERVISOR

KEY JOB OBJECTIVES:

Assists the Executive Housekeeper in the achieving of set housekeeping goals.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES’ SUMMARY

Obtain Highest Level of Cleanliness & Service in all areas of the hotel/ Laws, Regulations & policies / Reporting/ Employee Relations & Management Support/ Health & Safety

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • 90% Customer satisfaction Feedback.
  • 90% Employee performance evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A national diploma or university degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience and at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Certifications in housekeeping practices and customer services would be an advantage.

POSITION: FOOD BEVERAGE MANAGER MIDDLE – SENIOR

KEY JOB OBJECTIVES:

Assess, evaluate and ensure that short-term and long term goals of all operations of the Food & Beverage department are effectively and efficiently met. To direct and manage all food & beverage activities to maximize F&B revenue, profitability and quality goals by developing and executing marketing strategies, up- selling strategies, controlling costs, and by providing quality service and products to guests at optimal costs to the Hotel.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES’ SUMMARY

Assess, evaluate and ensure Food & Beverage goals are met/Direct and manage Food & Beverage Department to achieve Food & Beverage goals/ Work with the Kitchen to ensure optimum food safety & premium presentation/Laws, Regulations & Policies/ Reporting / Employee Relations & Management Support /Health & Safety

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • 90% Positive Guest Feedback on all F&B outlets.
  • Smooth running of operations that exhibit proper planning, time management and efficient resource allocation.
  • Efficient department’s budget performance
  • Thoroughness in accounts and accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A university degree from any field.
  • A minimum of 8 years working experience and at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Certifications in food & beverage management and or safety would be an asset.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • All candidates must be confident, with strong communications and reporting skills, good organisational skills, Interpersonal relations and must be pleasant, amiable and hospitable.
  • All candidates are expected to exhibit strong leadership and supervisory qualities.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Use of hospitality PMS/ERP will be an advantage (Oracle Opera Micros, ASI, ProLogic, etc.).
