Spring Masters Solutions & Services Limited is a consultancy firm seeking qualified candidates at Senior and Middle management levels that will add value to our client’s (Power Distribution Companies) Services mostly in the South-South and South- East regions of Nigeria.

POSITION: ASSISTANT ZONAL MANAGER (AZM)

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

The Zonal Manager / Assistant Zonal Manager will be responsible for managing a zonal enterprise activities utilizing our client’s management methodology. They will also be responsible for delivering results aligned with the business’s requirements and priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and maintain zonal enterprise, including, but not         limited to planning, implementation and evaluating the zonal activities.

Ensure the continuous improvement of the zonal management methodology, processes and policies in order to maximize the benefits and reduce AT&C losses

Actively manage key customer relationships within their zone ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Supervise all zonal activities including commercial, operational and human resources for operational efficiency.

Provide summarized status for all enterprise activities to the executive team, including updates on activities and deliverables, as well as risks and mitigation strategies.

Advise leadership and participate in program/project, status, risks, and resource planning for strategic initiatives.

Plan and implement systems regular maintenance.

Liaise with Federal, State and Local agencies to ensure smooth relationship.

Work with senior leadership to define, monitor and reinforce safety culture, norms and operating practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

HND/Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree.

6 -8 years of relevant experience in large enterprise initiatives.

Must have demonstrated meaningful experience with and a passion for customer service.

Exceptional ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all types of stakeholders and senior management.

Ability to balance the drive for uninterrupted business growth with necessary processes and procedures.

Ability to learn quickly and solve problems, and be self-motivated to improve knowledge and tackle new challenges.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Preference will be given to applicants with:

Considerable experience in multinational engineering companies, power distribution companies, telecom industries, banks and financial services companies.

Electrical or Industrial Engineering or technology related field.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite
