VACANCIES: GENERAL MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
A Company in Lagos requires the services of the following for immediate employment applications are invited for the following positions
POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER
- Candidate will be responsible for overall management and smooth running of daily operations of the outlet in line with company standard and policies.
- Candidate will be responsible for coaching development and training of all levels of managers for operational excellence.
- Candidate must be able to provide leadership support for each restaurant manager to achieve desired targets and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of B.Sc or HND
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- An understanding of Federal and State regulations as regards health & safety restaurant regulations
- Experience in restaurant operation will be an added advantage.
POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Must be able to assist customers with complaints and questions
- Minimum qualification of HND or BSc In mass communication or relevant field
- Must have at least two years’ experience in a reputable organization
- Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customer at all times
- Must be able to respond promptly to customers Inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
