DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the company
- Lead and direct all activities to the provision of Security services to the Company’s clients
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of cost-effective operations
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners and authorities
- Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
REQUIREMENTS:
- First degree or equivalent in any discipline
- Postgraduate/professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantage
- Eight (8) to twelve (12) years’ work experience within security services, with at least five (5) years in a senior managerial role.
- Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian Private Security Services industry & Nigerian legislation at state & federal levels
- High level of Commercial Awareness
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
